Job Profile –Overall Years:- Budget & M I S Reports :- • Initiating and managing the annual budget preparation, liaising with Project managers, General Manager and President. • Analysis and Interpretation of Financial Statements, Cost-volume-profit and Earnings & distribution. • Ensuring that monthly MIS reports are prepared for the budget holders and administration and that effective budgetary controls are in place. Finance and Accounts:- • Administrative functions include update, and maintain the organizations accounting principles, practices and procedures as per standards and schedules. • Prepare regular financial reports, oversee team’s daily accounting activities, manage month-end close, conceptualize and implement planning. • Preparations for annual Audit, liaison with Auditors during audit process, and finalisation of accounts. • Managing short-term funds, investments and representing the organization in any other financial maters in consultation with the President. Liaison with banks on term loans, working capital and submit CMA&FFR data. • Ensuring that billing and collection is completed in a timely and courteous manner. Working on cost of debt/credit. • Preparing the Compliance Report on behalf of the office administration. Comply with the monthly/ yearly statutory tax requirements.
