Within my attached CV you will note the following points of experience which emphasise my suitability for this position:
 Strong stakeholder management, through my experience working with both local and regional government I have run strategic communications and stakeholder engagement programmes for a variety of projects including Trans Pennine Tunnel Study and Smart Motorways for Highways England. As the Stakeholder manager for Highways England on the Trans Pennine Tunnel Study I developed and managed the overall stakeholder engagement strategy. This required a careful balance of the transport objectives of the tunnel study with the needs and wants of a multitude of stakeholders including political, central and local government, business, transport, environmental, campaign groups and local communities. Central to the strategy was the need to ensure that everyone was informed and felt involved in the overall outcomes of the tunnel study. This was done through a variety of ways including briefings, conferences, presentations, one to ones and publications.
 Highly efficient in the coordination of bid proposals, liaising with all departments concerned, creating and compiling a “winning package”.
 Strong organisational skills facilitating the efficient functioning of Mace Macro’s Consultancy department and Amber Constructions Head Office via a range of administrative, clerical, financial
and managerial tasks which included achieving a rise in Bid success rates, implementation of team meetings enhancing communications and Gold Standard accreditation for C2E (committed to equalities).
 My highly developed interpersonal skills; I am discreet and sensitive in dealing with people and my excellent communication skills, verbal and written used in producing accurate letters and reports, proposal, spread sheets and meeting materials; presentations, agendas and minutes.
 Strong IT skills including advanced use of MS Office and Adobe programmes.
 A proactive team member who can also work independently, I always aim to go above and beyond my set duties to ensure the best systems are in place to allow the organisation to function as efficiently as possible.
