We require a training administrator/office coordinator to be working with us on 9-12 month contract in Sydney.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat

• Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options

• Gather additional information about reported issue

• Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and generate ticket

• Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel

• Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management Systems:

o Enrollment activities
o Class scheduling
o Class cancellation / rescheduling
o Evaluate Class profitability
o Decision Making – Class Go no Go
o Class readiness – Coordinating with the vendor
o Communication to Delegates & Vendors
o Feedback Analysis
o Purchase Order Generation
o Maintain Basic Financial Reports
• Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
• Attention to Details
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good documentation skills
• Good to Excellent typing speed / skills


• 2-3 years of experience in any of the below functions would be preferable:
o Training Function
o Learning Delivery Function
o Vendor Management
o Learning Management Systems
o Finance Function

• Voice, Email and Chat Support Experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office tools
