Critical Qualifications:

CA/ CPA/ MBA as academic qualification.
6+ years of overall experience in Finance function.
1+ years of experience in the Finance function of food and beverage franchisee business.
Knowledge of working with financial systems - MYOB, Quickbook, and MS Excel Macros.
Strong reporting and financial/management accounting knowledge.
Good insight into the numbers, costs and how to improve business performance.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional planning, organisational & time management skills.
Month end reconciliations and monthly management reports preparation.
Budget and forecasting.
Cash flow management.
Banking transactions.
Complete all postings to GL and ownership of integrity of GL.
Preparation of BAS returns.
Preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly Reporting.
Review of weekly receivables and payables.
Consultation/ liaison with the various departments on finance issues.
Reporting to management and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
Design and maintain financial systems and reporting tools for analysis.
Adhere to Financial Policies and Procedures vis. GAAP, SOX compliance etc.
Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
Analysing market trends and competitors
This position is integral to the smooth operation of our Finance Department and reports directly to the Business Director.
